Potomac St. wins, 6-0

KEYSER, W.Va. — Comfort Agyei had three goals and one assist as Potomac State stayed undefeated by beating Westmoreland 6-0 Monday at home.

Podlesnik got the first goal of the day in the 25th minute of the first half then assisted Agyei at 37:17. Agyei then scored the final point of the half off of an assist from Angel Dixon.

Agyei scored her third straight goal to lead off the second half, with Sadey Crooks earning the assist. Agyei assisted Podlesnik at 9:06 to make it 5-0, and Megan Tomkinson was assisted by Dixon in at 16:22 for the sixth and final goal.

The Catamounts blasted 14 more shots than the Wolfpack (16-2) and led 9-0 in corner kicks. Potomac State got one save apiece from Acasha Smith and Brittany Yates, while Karli Holmes had 10 saves for Westmoreland.

Potomac State (9-0) is at Christendom on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
