PSC routs Lord Fairfax

KEYSER, W.Va. — Five players scored in double figures and every member of the team had at least one point as the Potomac State Catamounts cruised over Lord Fairfax 122-33 Sunday afternoon at Dana G. Lough Gymnasium.

Reggie Baker score a game-high 18 points with seven field goals and going 4-for-4 at the free throw line.

Chad Potter scored 14 points, Derylton Hill and George Obidiegwu each had 13 and Quincy Miller had 10.

Lord Fairfax’s Emmanuel Gebremosle was their only player in double figures with 13 points.

“We applied good pressure,” said Potomac State head coach Justin Anderson. “It was our first home game and we played a good defensive game.”

The Catamounts led 55-13 at halftime.

Potomac State had one more three-pointer than Lord Fairfax, 3-2. Miller, Marcus Banks and Jaron Burnell hit from beyond the arc for the Catamounts. Chad Potter had seven steals and A.J. Tracy and Tyrone Mackall each had seven rebounds.

Potomac State (3-2) visits Howard Community College on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. and hosts CCBC-Dundalk on Thursday at 7 p.m.
