Hampshire sweeps Broadford Invite

Feezle, Molly Offstein win individual titles

OAKLAND — Hampshire’s Casey Feezle won the boys race and Mountain Ridge’s Molly Offstein won the girls race in an 11-team Broadford Invitational Thursday evening at Broadford Park.

Hampshire won both team titles.

In the girls meet, Hampshire won the tie-breaker over Mountain Ridge after both teams scored 44 points. Frankfort was third with 83.

Molly Offstein and Madison Offstein of Mountain Ridge finished 1-2 in the girls meet. Molly won in 20:08 and Madison was runner-up in 20:58. Morgan Roach was third in 21:12 for Hampshire, which had four top-10 finishers.

Hampshire won the boys meet with 43 points. Keyser was second with 65 and Southern third with 69.

Feezle won individual honors in 17:45. Frankfort’s Lucas Young was second in 17:56 and Keyser’s Leland Henderson was third in 18:05.

The top 20 finishers in each race are listed in today’s Scoreboard page.
