Frostburg, which outrebounded Waynesburg 52-39, led 13-0 5:41 into the contest and never trailed. Frostburg held two more 13-point cushions in the opening half before leading by eight, 32-24, at halftime.

The Yellow Jackets cut their deficit to four with seven minutes left, but the Bobcats iced it with an 11-1 run that made it 64-50 with 3:42 to go.
