MOUNT SAVAGE — Michael Miller went 4 for 4 and Kyle Deakins threw seven strong innings of relief to lift Casselman Valley past Barrelville Outdoor Club 12-8 in Rec League action at Dickel Field.
Casselman Valley (11-2) pounded out 17 hits to roar back from a 6-2 deficit after two innings.
Justin Donaldson ripped a double and single and had three RBIs, Lance Leydig had a double, single and two RBIs, Alex Beiler added three singles, and Deakins had two singles and three RBIs for the winners.
Deakins came on during a five-run Barrelville first inning and allowed only three hits and three runs over seven innings. He struck out six.
Micah Stair hit a triple and knocked in two runs while Jack Leydig had a single and two RBIs for Barrelville ODC.
Casselman Valley hosts WEPCO on Wednesday at 7:30.

POTOMAC PARK — Brent Parrish scored the go-ahead run on a bunt in the fifth inning as Personal Best made the most of two hits to beat the Moose at Hamilton Field.
Tied 1-1 in the fifth, Parrish drew a walk and later raced home from second base on a bunt down the first base line by Billy Kelly.
Cody Eversole and Xavier Van Pelt had singles to account for the hits for Personal Best (4-4). Eversole drove in a run.
Nate Sowers had two singles for the Moose (8-2).
Dave Rinehart got the win, scattering six hits, walking two and striking out two. Sowers, Zach Steckman and Vinnie Foreman teamed on the two-hitter for Moose.
