Broadfording powers past Calvary Christian

CRESAPTOWN — Four players scored in double figures and Broadfording caught fire from outside and left Calvary behind in a 90-38 win over the Eagles in their Mason-Dixon Christian Conference opener.

Moni Anderson hit four three-pointers and had a team-high 18 points, and Broadfording made 10 threes as a team. Dhomas Sakiekas scored 13 points and Isaiah Daniel and Daniel Wegener scored 11.

Calvary’s Matt Dillow led all scorers with 19 points on six field goals and two free throws. Caleb Snyder added 12 points for the Eagles, who trailed 28-14 after one quarter and 50-21 at the half.

Calvary (0-2, 0-1) will host New Life on Tuesday.
