CUMBERLAND — Emilynn Corbin scored two second-half goals, including the eventual game-winner with 13 minutes left in the match to give third-ranked Hampshire a 2-1 victory over Allegany in an Appalachian Mountain Athletic Conference girls soccer game Thursday at Greenway Avenue Stadium.
After the teams played to a scoreless first half, Allegany’s Tallia Logsdon put the Campers on the board first with an unassisted goal at 48:00 of the second half.
Five minutes later, however, Corbin countered to tie the score with an unassisted goal at 53:00.
At 67:00, Corbin put in the Trojans’ second goal to provide the winning margin.
Alyssa LeMasters had six saves in goal for Hampshire, while Alco’s Tori Bohrer had 10.
Hampshire (12-2-2 overall, 6-1 AMAC) will host Elkins Saturday at 1 p.m. Allegany (4-4-2, 4-4) will play at Musselman Saturday at 11 a.m.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Tiffany Warnick scored a pair of goals and Amanda Paape had a goal and an assist to lead second-ranked Northern past Trinity.
It was the third straight shutout for the Huskies (9-1-1), who will host Preston on Senior Night on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
Warnick scored the only goal of the first half on an assist from Paape just 5:04 before the break. Warnick made it 2-0 by scoring off a pass from Madi Gallagher with 15 minutes left in the second half. Paape got the final goal on a feed from Sarah Holtschneider.
Northern led in shots 13-4 and in corner kicks 4-1. Brooke Fink made four saves in goal in getting the shutout, the sixth of the year for the Huskies.
Northern beat Morgantown 2-1 in the jayvee game with Tessa Gardner and Rachel Brobst scoring goals and Bethany Phillips had an assist for the Northern jayvees (4-3-1).
