McMullen, BW win in Frostburg

— FROSTBURG — Bishop Walsh shot a 176 on the back of Brennan McMullen’s 41 to lead the Spartans to a 19-stroke win over Mountain Ridge, Allegany and Fort Hill during a four-way match at Maplehurst Country Club on Thursday afternoon.

Fort Hill’s Pete Jackowski had the day’s low round by posting a 39. McMullen and Mountain Ridge’s Jacob Timney had the next-lowest rounds by tying at 41 and Allegany’s Keegan Ott put together a 42.

Behind the Spartans’ 176 sat the Miners and Allegany at 195, with the Sentinels placing fourth with a 205.
