Mary E. Walsh [Accident]

ACCIDENT - Mary Esther Walsh, 59, of Accident, died Sunday, May 11, 2008, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.

Born Sept. 1, 1948, in Meyersdale, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Rosalie (Hetrick) Bowser.

Mrs. Walsh was a sewing machine operator for Fechheimer, Grantsville, and an avid bingo player. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and Zion Evening Women's Group.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Walsh; three daughters, Kimberly A. Knox and husband James Jr., McHenry, Amy L. Kelley and husband Bryan, Accident, April R. Friend and husband Jason G., Oakland; a brother, Dale Bowser, Gloucester Point, Va.; two sisters, Shirley Sivits, Accident, and Louise Younkin, Grantsville; four grandchildren, Chance J. Knox, Teroy, Tabitha and Victoria Friend.

Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 26722 Garrett Highway, Accident (McHenry), on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be conducted in the Zion Lutheran Church on Thursday, May 15, 2008, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Keith Clow officiating. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the services.

Interment will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
