Deibel, Coulehan wedding

CUMBERLAND — Jason Henry Deibel and Quinn Carroll Coulehan were united in the holy sacrament of matrimony April 28, 2012, at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Cumberland. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Father Bernard Finerty, OFM, Cap.

Quinn is the daughter of Bernard “Rip” and Shawn Coulehan of Cumberland. She is the granddaughter of the late Bernard T. and Edna Madge Coulehan. Maternal grandparents are Norman F. Geatz (deceased) and Mary Irene Geatz. Jason is the son of Paul W. Deibel, Marydel, Del., and Linda M. Boyles, Bridgeville, Del. His paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bowman. Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, Quinn wore a strapless ivory Alfred Angelo ball gown. The gown featured a full skirt and chapel train. The dress was enhanced with a sweetheart neckline with crystal beading and rhinestone encrusted embellishment at the waist and back.

The bride wore diamond earrings, a bracelet matching the crystal beading on her gown and ivory heels accentuated with matching je-wels. Her hair was styled by Michelle of Studio 12 and featured a jeweled headband accompanied by a cathedral length scalloped veil with rhinestone accents. The bride carried a bouquet of fresh white roses and white hydrangeas.

Kathleen Calis, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Tracey Little, Lauren Billings, Jennifer Porter, Anna Kruse, Casey Coulehan, Colleen Coulehan, and Brandee Dei-bel. Emma Calis served as the flower girl. The bridesmaids and flower girl wore Malibu blue knee-length satin dresses in the style of their choice and carried flower bouquets with white and blue hydrangeas. All of the silk flower arrangements and bouquets were created by the mother of the bride.

The groom wore a black tuxedo with an ivory tie and a white rose and white hy-drangea accented boutonniere.

Serving as the best man was Mike Ewell, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Lyle Neal, Phillip Callaway, Trevor Rathfon, David Pepper, PJ Mitchell, Kevin Coulehan, Maclain Coulehan, and ring bearer Andrew Calis. The groomsmen wore black tuxedos with black vests and ties. Boutonnieres were created by Martin’s Floral, Cumberland.

A reception immediately followed the ceremony at the Holiday Inn Ballroom. A cocktail hour preceded a formal plated dinner. Jennifer’s Desserts provided the four-tier wedding cake. Centerpieces were designed by the mother of the bride. Chris Herring of Life on Location Photography captured the wedding photos.

A photo booth provided guests with a favor as well as a keepsake for the bride and groom.

The couple danced their first dance to “Crazy Girl,” by the Eli Young Band. The bride then took the floor with her dad to “I Loved Her First” by Heartland. The groom and his mother danced to “I Hope You Dance” by Lee Ann Womack. Music was provided by Dave Mawhinney of Sight and Sound.

A rehearsal dinner was given by the groom’s mother and father at the Knights of Columbus in Cumberland. The food was catered by Baxter’s and Martin’s bakery. The couple spent a weeklong honeymoon at a Sandals resort in Negril, Jamaica. Jason and Quinn currently reside Springfield, Mo.

The couple would like thank their families and friends for sharing and celebrating this special day with them.
