Poland-Lippold vows recited one year ago

FLINTSTONE — On June 2, 2012, Kristina Lynn Lippold and Richard Wayne Poland were united in marriage on a beautiful day at Glendale Church of the Brethren in Flintstone.
Kristina is the daughter of Donald and Linda Lippold of Cumberland and Richard is the son of Ronald and Rebecca Poland of Cumberland.
The Rev. Richard Ketterman officiated, with many of the couple’s closest friends and family in attendance. 
Heather True, friend of the bride, served as the bride’s matron of honor, along with Rebekah Northcraft, friend of the bride, and Ronda Lancaster, sister of the groom, serving as bridesmaids. Robb Poland, brother of the groom, served as the best man. Groomsmen were David Lancaster, brother-in-law of the groom, and Jeff Hammersmith, friend of the groom. Shawn Frye, friend of the bride, served as an usher.
Katalena Northcraft served as flower girl and wore a dark purple dress. Cameron True served as ring bearer and wore a black tuxedo with a dark purple vest and a white rose boutonniere. 
The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father. The mother and grandmother of the bride were escorted by Shawn Frye. Organist Joann Browning played traditional wedding music for the ceremony. Brittany Ketterman and Mary Ketterman  passed out programs and bubbles to the wedding guests. The church was decorated by the Rev. Richard Ketterman and the bride’s mother. The bride’s mother also made all flower arrangements and decorations.
The bride wore a white David’s Bridal gown with pearl embellishments and wore a pearl tiara in her hair. The bride’s jewelry consisted of a pearl necklace, a gift from her parents, a pearl bracelet, a gift from her grandmother, and pearl earrings, a gift from the groom’s parents. The matron of honor and bridesmaids each wore a different style of gown, with the matron of honor wearing dark purple and the bridesmaids wearing lilac. All wore their hair in similar fashion to the bride, with flower clips in their hair, and sterling silver jewelry.
