Samuel Hilton Ladson [Bedford]

BEDFORD, Pa. — Samuel Hilton Ladson, 22, of Elder Lane, Bedford (Centreville), died Thursday, June 25, 2009, at Camp LeJeune, N.C.

Born Jan. 9, 1987, in Frederick, Md., Samuel was the son of James Hilton Ladson and Marcy Joan (Sincevich) Ladson.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Francis H. Ladson and Barbara (Moore) Ladson; his maternal grandmother, Marilyn (Hoffman) Sincevich; and a brother, John Daniel Ladson.

Sam attended Bedford High School and was serving with the United States Marine Corps.

Besides his parents, Sam is survived by his brothers, Joseph H. Ladson and Thomas D. Ladson, all at home; and his maternal grandfather, Michael Sincevich.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, Md., AdamsFamilyFuneralHome.comon Wednesday, July 1, 2009, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday, July 2, 2009, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Tom Landaker officiating.

Interment will be in Maryland State Veterans
