David "Hip" A. Frame [Cumberland]

CUMBERLAND - David "Hip" Allen Frame, 47, of Cumberland, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 14, 2008, at the home of his daughter.

Born July 23, 1960, in Cumberland, he was the son of Thomas Clifford Frame, Cumberland, and the late Judy Ann (Winebrenner) Frame. Mr. Frame was also preceded in death by his wife, Marion Frame, October 1996.

David attended Fort Hill High School and was a member of the Highland Baptist Church on Virginia Avenue. He was a devoted, hard-working roofer, having worked for Red's Roofing in Waldorf and Larry Moon Roofing in LaVale. David loved hunting, playing baseball, eight ball, skill pool, shuffleboard and was a devoted NASCAR Earnhardt and Steelers' fan.

Besides his father, David is survived by his daughter, Ashley M. Flynn and her husband Timothy; his stepsons, Justin and Damien Nizer; his sister, Teresa A. Frame; his girlfriend, Angela Growden, all of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Jordan, Camron, Aubrieonna, Levi, Shaylee, Kaden, Jaden, and Isaiah; as well as several loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and his special friend, Rhonda Shaffer.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, (AdamsFamilyFuneralHome.com) on Thursday, July 17, 2008, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, July 18, 2008, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Daniel Snow officiating.
