Dundalk pounds Lady Cats

KEYSER, W.Va. - Lynnette Cooper scored 26 points and Cathy Perry had 21 to power visiting Dundalk to an 83-68 victory over Potomac State Tuesday evening.

Cooper hit 12 field goals and a free throw to lead all scorers and was one of four Lions to reach double figures. Desiree Doler and Lindsay Wallace had 14 points.

Amanda McKim had 19 points and made three of Potomac State's seven three-point goals.

Denise Johnson added 12 points, Lakeisha Pitts had nine points, 10 rebounds and five assists, and Julieanne Buckley five points, eight rebounds, three assists and two steals for the Catamounts, who had a three-game win streak snapped.

The Catamounts (4-3) will play again Friday, at 5 p.m., against Westchester at the Tri-C Tournament at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland.
