Northern matmen take Meyersdale

ACCIDENT - Adam Moranduzzo, Dustin Stough, Jason Opel and Ryan Finzel posted pins as Northern Garrett had an easy time in beating Meyersdale, 59-17, in high school wrestling on Wednesday night.
Moranduzzo won the 135-pound class, Stough the 160, Opel the 171 and Finzel the 189 for the Huskies, who improved their dual record to 7-2.
Josh Duckworth (125) pulled out a 15-12 decision, and Dylan Day (140) won 2-0, while Kameron Kamp, Andrew Reynolds, Matt Thomas, Chad Wilburn and Andy Ganoe all won forfeits.
The Huskies wrestle again Friday and Saturday in the Thomas Chevrolet Tournament in Bedford, Pa. Wrestling begins Friday at 10:30 a.m.
