Southern Garrett High School freshman Jakob Scheffel has a hold on Century High School freshman Kurt Buckingham Friday evening at Mountain Ridge High School during the first round of the regional tournament. Scheffel won the match by technical fall 18-0.
The tournament continues today at the school in Frostburg.
