CUMBERLAND — A city man was arrested after he reportedly struck a house twice with his vehicle, according to Cumberland Police.

Paul James Wolfe, 67, was charged with driving under the influence, driving while impaired and unsafe backing following the 7:40 p.m. incident Friday.

Wolfe reportedly struck a residence on Railroad Place twice after backing out of his parking spot. He then allegedly pulled back across the street and parked his vehicle to contact the homeowners, reportedly arguing with them.

Police reported that officers detected an odor of alcohol and Wolfe agreed to field sobriety tests.

Wolf was issued citations before being released.
