FROSTBURG — Frostburg State University will celebrate the 232nd anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution with events Sept. 17 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the Lewis J. Ort Library.

An actor portraying President George Washington will give a brief speech at 12:30 p.m., answer questions and hand out copies of the U.S. Constitution. A Constitution Day display will be set up on the third floor and a Constitution trivia table will be available.
