Churches participating included St. Paul’s Lutheran, St. Luke’s Lutheran, Metropolitan AME, Souls Won Outreach Cathedral, Ministry of Encouragement, First Presbyterian and Trinity Lutheran in Keyser, W.Va. The theme was “Treasured: Discovering you are Priceless to God.” The 45 children attended a two-week virtual venue with five days of interactive presentations plus a bedtime Bible story time for each day. Bags containing the day’s activities included treasure maps, animal friends to travel with, crafts, a prayer box, sticker sheets, a Bible theme story book and a few other treats. The closing was in person at St. Paul’s where the children met the main puppet characters for the stories, followed a treasure map, had an ice cream treat and received a final treasure box.
