Frederick man arrested on five warrants

Parice John Wallace

CUMBERLAND — A Frederick man remained jailed Tuesday after he was arrested Monday by Cumberland Police.

Parice John Wallace, 59, was served five bench warrants and taken to the Allegany County Detention Center. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond set by a district court commissioner, pending bail review by a district court judge.

Police said the warrants stemmed from Wallace's failure to appear in court in Frederick County on June 9 and 28, 2016, Aug. 24, 2016, and April 11, 2017.
