37 indicted by Mineral County grand jury

KEYSER, W.Va. — Thirty-seven people were indicted Tuesday by the Mineral County grand jury, according to the Office of the Mineral County Prosecuting Attorney.

The indictments returned by the January 2020 term of the grand jury include 25 Mineral County residents; eight Allegany County residents; a Hampshire County man; a Hardy County man; a Hampshire County man; a Pittsburgh resident and a North Carolina woman.

Indicted were:

• David Allen Hudson II, Keyser, on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled dangerous substance.

• Howard William Foltz III, Keyser, on a charge of distribution of sexually explicit material involving minors.

• Amy Lynn Paugh, Elk Garden, on a charge of grand larceny.

• Dale Howard Weimer II, Keyser, on charges of destruction of property, brandishing and trespassing.

• Joshua A. Fraley, Keyser, on charges of malicious wounding, domestic battery, obstructing an officer and destruction of property.

• Colby Glenn Feaster, Keyser, on charges of burglary, grand larceny and petit larceny.

• Lawrence Benton Powell III, Keyser, on charges of possession of CDS with intent to deliver and possession of CDS.

• Adam Paul Michael, Burlington, on charges of burglary and grand larceny.

• Jericho Steven Staggs, Keyser, on charges of failure to meet obligation to provide support to minor.

• Charles Ray Black, Burlington, on charges of first-degree sexual abuse; sexual abuse by parent, guardian or custodian; and attempted sexual abuse by parent, guardian or custodian.

• Timothy Allen Suter, Keyser, on a charge of use of obscene material with intent to seduce minor.

• Bryan Michael Weevie, Piedmont, on charges of strangulation, malicious wounding, wanton endangerment involving firearm, use of a firearm during felony and domestic battery.

• Jeremy Lee Dye, Keyser, on charges of possession with intent to deliver CDS, conspiracy and fleeing on foot.

• Brian Keith Netzer Jr., Keyser, on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.

• Kristopher James Myers, Keyser, on a charge of delivery of CDS.

• James William Roy, Piedmont, on charges of delivery of CDS and conspiracy.

• Christina Dawn Roy, Piedmont, on charges of delivery of CDS and conspiracy;

• Tiffany Dawn Skipper, Keyser, on a charge of delivery of CDS.

• Corbin John Kesner, Keyser, on a charge of delivery of CDS.

• Justin Roger Paugh, Elk Garden, on charges of delivery of CDS and conspiracy.

• Victoria Marie Noonan, Keyser, on charges of delivery of CDS and conspiracy.

• Todd Richard Leatherman, Keyser, on a charge of possession with intent to deliver CDS.

• Ashley Dawn Parrish, Keyser, on charges of delivery of CDS, conspiracy and possession of CDS with intent to deliver;

• Dustin Lee Harris, Keyser, on charges of delivery of CDS and  conspiracy.

• Brittany L. Baker, Keyser, on charges of delivery of CDS and  conspiracy.

• James Thomas Small Jr., Shanks, on a charge of driving revoked for driving under the influence (third offense, felony).

• Joshua Allen Hinkle, Moorefield, on a charge of shoplifting (third offense, felony).

• Brianna Nicole Winebrenner, Lonaconing, on charges of possession with intent to deliver CDS and conspiracy.

• Shana Kay Riggleman, Westernport, on a charge of shoplifting (third offense, felony).

• Edward Robert Buentello Jr., Frostburg, on a charge of failure to meet obligation to provide support to minor.

• Asia Broadway III, LaVale, on charges of financial exploitation of elderly and obtaining money by false pretense.

• Stephanie Sue Leatherman, Cumberland, on charges of grand larceny and shoplifting.

• Joseph Edward Twigg Jr., Cumberland, on charges of reckless fleeing in vehicle and possession with intent to deliver CDS.

• Amanda Catherine Twigg, Cumberland, on a charge of possession of CDS with intent to deliver.

• Levi Daniel Valentine, Rawlings, on a charge of delivery of CDS.

• Dorothy Townsend Vandiver, Hertford, North Carolina, on charges of reckless fleeing in vehicle, leaving scene of accident, speeding and duty provide information and render aid.

• Dannie Ledell Cook, Pittsburgh, on a charge of obtaining money by false pretense.
