CUMBERLAND — A Keyser, W.Va., man was arrested early Sunday when he allegedly created a disturbance at an Arch Street residence and then pushed a police officer who investigated the complaint.

Cumberland Police arrested Todd Grimes, 39, on charges of second-degree assault, failure to obey a lawful order, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was then jailed to await a bond hearing later in the day before a district court commissioner.
