Vehicle shot twice in possible road rage incident

CUMBERLAND — A possible road rage incident late Wednesday resulted in a vehicle being shot twice in the area of state Route 51 at Messick Road, according to Maryland State Police.

No one was injured in the 9:30 p.m. incident.

The shots were fired from a newer light blue or gray-colored Chrysler 300 automobile displaying temporary registration, police said.

The victim's vehicle was being operated north on Route 51.
