FROSTBURG — Nineteen bands will take the stage during the fourth annual Savage Mountain Punk Festival Aug. 9 and 10 at Dante’s in Frostburg.
The two-day event features three shows — one Aug. 9 and afternoon and evening shows Aug. 10.
The lineup includes pop punk pioneers The Queers and Philadelphia’s The Pagan Babies.
“What I really like about the festival is its intimacy. It feels like a throwback to the 1980s when punk was still underground. Dante’s is a small club with great sound, and the community of Frostburg really welcomes the festival, with so many businesses supporting what we do,” said festival founder Gerry LaFemina.
Advance tickets are available at Eventbrite and will also be available the day of the show. For more information and the full schedule, visit www.svgmtnpunkfest.com or contact email@example.com or Dante’s Bar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
