ELLERSLIE — The second Ellerslie Days celebration is scheduled for Aug. 9 and 10.

The fire department, Ellerslie business TW Services, Ellerslie United Methodist Church, Just Stik-it Vinyl and Calvary Bible Church worked together to stage the event.
Open to the public, Ellerslie Days will be held annually to promote the community and provide a variety of family activities, organizers said.

Saturday’s schedule includes over 30 vendors, food, bounce houses, a cornhole tournament, a candy drop for kids, bake sale and live entertainment, including Ken Nolan, performing acoustic music, Solid Gold, Fender Ridge and Four Against All.
