CUMBERLAND — A city woman remained jailed Saturday after being arrested by Cumberland Police twice on Friday.
Chelsy Rose Wilt, 25, was being held in the Allegany County Detention Center after her arrest on Maryland Avenue, where, according to police, she caused a disturbance by yelling and refused orders to stop.
She was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a police order.
Earlier in the day, Wilt was arrested on Frederick Street after allegedly being found in possession of a crack cocaine pipe. Police said she was issued a criminal citation for possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia and released.
