Donald Trump has declared himself the “Tariff President,” insisting tariffs are good for the country. But like most things Trump, it’s a disaster.
Remember those oversimplified teaching manuals from the 1990s: “Income taxes for Dummies,” “Computers for Dummies,” etc.? Perhaps it’s time to bring them back.
We could start with “The Boston Tea Party for Dummies” and then have someone read it to Trump. If they read very slowly, He may or may not comprehend what a disaster Mother England’s taxes on tea was for them.
