Personal Best reliever Cole Dudiak follows through on his pitch during the fifth inning of Personal Best's 5-1 Rec League victory over the Times-News Tuesday evening at Bowers Field. Dudiak teamed with starting pitcher Zach Braithwaite to strike out 11 Times-News batters. Dudiak had six of them.

KEYSER - Chris Proietti drew a two-out, bases-loaded walk in the sixth inning to force home the go-ahead run as Greg's Auto scored a come-from-behind 7-6 win over the American Legion Post 13 in their Rec League baseball game at Clark Field.

Greg's trailed 6-3 in the bottom of the sixth, but sent 10 batters to the plate and scored four runs to take a 7-6 lead.

Morgan Perry had half of Greg's six hits with three singles. Mike Hughes doubled and Kain Metz singled twice for the Legion, which had nine hits.

Derek Rotruck, who relieved Brian Winebrenner in the sixth, pitched the final two innings to get the win.

Greg's plays again on Monday, at Memorial Park in Westernport, against Wepco. American Legion plays at LaVale on Friday.

CUMBERLAND - Ryan Buzzerd had three hits and Zach Hare drove in three runs to lead Personal Best over the Times-News at Bowers Field Tuesday evening.

Buzzerd had two singles and a double and all of Hare's RBIs came on sacrifice flies - one each in the second, fourth and sixth innings. Kody Martin singled and tripled and Tyler Kenney tripled.

Zach Braithwaite and Cole Dudiak combined for 11 strikeouts and held Times-News to just four hits. Braithwaite struck out five and Dudiak fanned six. William Moore struck out 10 in taking the loss for the Times-News.

Dustin Isman had half of the Times-News' hits with two singles.

Personal Best (2-0) plays American Legion Friday at Lions Field while the Times-News is at Salisbury on Monday.

SALISBURY, Pa. - Corey Carr did just about everything in leading Casselman Valley past Greg's Auto Monday night at Salisbury High.

Carr hurled a complete-game victory and had three hits, including two home runs, and five runs batted in as Casselman got its first win of the season.

Carr hit a double in the third inning, a three-run homer in the fifth and a two-run homer in the sixth to lead an eight-hit attack. Anthony Hillegas doubled, singled and drove in two runs, and Blake Walker had two singles.

On the mound, Carr allowed only five hits, struck out 11 and walked just one in getting the win.

Morgan Perry doubled, singled and knocked in a run and Josh Ashby had an RBI single for Greg's Auto.

Casselman Valley (1-1) hosts Hite Roofing on Thursday evening.
