SHORT GAP, W.Va. — J.J. Blank scored four touchdowns and gained 161 yards on just seven carries to lead Frankfort to a 41-0 win over East Hardy in the home opener Friday at Frankfort Stadium.
Blank scored the first three touchdowns for the Falcons, the first on a 53-yard run at 5:26 of the first quarter and the second one at 2:03. In the second quarter, Blank went across from 38 yards at 10:14. Fullback Nick Marley, who rushed for 99 yards on 14 carries, scored from five yards out to make it 28-0 at the half.
Blank got the Falcons back on the board at 8:43 of the third on a 43-yard run, before Connor Parish scored from 16 yards out at 2:15 of the third for the final score.
Frankfort piled up 405 yards on the ground and finished with 435 total yards in the game.
Frankfort (2-0) will play at Weir on Friday.
