Chefs of Steel

Brian Covell and Judy Fiorita, both second-year culinary arts students at Allegany College of Maryland, take part in the Chefs of Steel competition Thursday. The third annual event benefited the Western Maryland Food Bank. The evening included a dinner and wine tasting at the Oxford House and the competition and dessert at The Culinaire Café in Town Centre. There also was a silent auction, 50/50 and participants tasted the teams' creations.
